FELA · 12-lead ECG classifier
Live Monitoring ECG Biosignals On Device
Setup
Classify ECG leads from a normal beat to the early signs of a heart attack.
Pros
Private (HIPAA loves us), tiny device friendly, blazing fast live biosignal monitoring.
Usage
Can you classify abnormal heart rhythms? In .017 seconds?
The rhythm of the 5
Normal is a healthy beat.
Signs of a heart attack flags damage to the heart muscle.
ST/T changes can mean reduced blood flow.
Conduction block is a delay in the heart's wiring.
Enlarged heart pattern suggests a thickened or stretched heart.
The model reads all five patterns from the same five way output; the recordings below are real PTB-XL strips, and our model shows realistic demonstrative performance at high speed!
Performance
The demonstration here is more about speed and real time factor than accuracy. Our model was undertrained on public ECG data - of which there is more than you would
probably guess, but less than ideal amounts of, floating around in the internet ether. Either way - if a model can be built up by other teams, we would love to collaborate,
and we opt to make our research previews as open as we can, always in the interest of enabling great scientific work!
